About the Role

The Head of Capital Formation will be responsible for leading the firm's global fundraising and investor-relations strategy for its digital-asset investment platform, building and maintaining an institutional-grade capital-formation engine. You will originate and deepen strategic relationships with institutional allocators, family offices, high-net-worth investors and wealth-management networks; manage the investor lifecycle from pipeline to close; oversee the Investor Relations team to deliver world-class reporting, service and engagement; and represent the firm externally to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the blockchain and digital-asset capital markets. In addition, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, compliance, marketing and senior leadership to align capital-raising efforts with investment strategy, market dynamics and regulatory requirements, and you will optimize processes, CRM tools and analytics to measure conversion, performance and growth of the investor base. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) or relevant credential is preferred. You should have 8-10+ years' proven experience in capital-raising, business development or investor-relations roles within the asset-management, private-markets or digital-asset sectors, with a strong track record of building institutional investor pipelines and closing commitments. You must demonstrate deep knowledge of digital-asset markets, blockchain technology and tokenization frameworks, excellent communication and presentation skills, a well-established network of institutional allocators and a results-driven mindset in fundraising or IR. Prior exposure to regulated fund or investment-firm environments, strong analytical and CRM skills and willingness to travel globally are also essential.
