Senior Systems Engineer

Senior Systems Engineer  This is a fully remote position.

PURPOSE :

• We are seeking an experienced, client-facing Systems Engineer with strong hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
• The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to work under minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.
• This role requires hands-on systems experience, direct engagement with clients.

The candidate will leverage Ascend’s systems solutions to implement, deploy, support, and optimize our clients’ environments.   RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strong MFA experience. 8 years of Systems Engineering. 4 years of hands-on experience with M365 administration.   Knowledge of MS Windows Server Platforms and Desktop Operating Systems.   Experience developing and maintaining systems documentation.   Experience with change management, product lifecycles, and customer service.   PREFERRED SKILLS, EDUCATIN OR EXPERIENCE   Bachelor’s degree in information systems / computer science or 10+ years applicable systems role preferred.   Experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a plus   Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills   Ability to obtain and maintain industry standard professional-level certifications such as below :
