Fractional Chief Financial & Administrative Officer

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Fractional Chief Financial Officer to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $90.00 to $.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and present the annual budget in partnership with senior and regional leadership teams.

Monitor and reconcile budgets to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational performance.

Oversee cash flow management, including payment approvals and fund transfers.

Lead weekly financial review meetings with executive leadership to assess forecasts and performance.

Provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational growth and decision-making.

Requirements :

Ability to manage complex budgeting, audits, and financial reporting for large-scale operations.

Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards and compliance requirements.

Skilled in preparing detailed financial reports and presenting insights to boards and committees.

Previous experience overseeing capital projects and managing restricted and unrestricted funds.

Proficiency in contract administration and coordinating insurance and facility operations.

Qualifications :

10+ years in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within the nonprofit sector.

Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and audits.

A deep understanding of GAAP principles, grant management, and capital financing.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with financial systems such as QuickBooks Online and Salesforce.
