Job Description :

South Valley ENT Associates is a multi-location and multi-disciplinary practice that encompasses the full care of ENT in the Salt Lake Valley and beyond. The Practice Administrator role oversees the long-term success of the practice, as well as the inner-core developments each day. The basic responsibilities of the role consist of financial, operational, staff, and risk compliance management and the long-term strategic development of the practice. South Valley ENT is committed to each patient and employee that steps into each location to have the best patient-focused experience.

Requirements :

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of clinical management experience (required).
• 3-5 years’ experience in hospital administration or similar fields (required).
• 1-2 years’ experience in private practice setting (preferred).

Compensation :

Salary : $100,000-130,000 (salary)

PTO : 15 days, 5 sick days
