Location : Indianapolis, IN

Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Employment Type : Full-Time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, analyze, and maintain financial models to support business operations and decision-making

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals

Analyze cost structures, pricing, and manufacturing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for operational and strategic initiatives

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required

2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
