Responsibilities :

Provide personalized care to clients according to their individual care plans

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises to promote physical well-being

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences

Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor

Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Current CNA license

CPR certification

Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as part of a team

Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)
