    • Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Door-to-door canvassing   Educating homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims   Managing your own client relationships and pipeline   Overseeing projects in the field and ensuring client satisfaction   Communicating with customers and company staff throughout each job   Collaborating with a winning team to grow new territories   No micromanaging.

    • Just real opportunity backed by a trusted brand. 💰 Compensation & Expectations 💼 1099 Independent Contractor Role   💸 1st Year Potential :

  • 110,000–$200,000   📈 Long-term potential : $250,000+   ⏱️ Work 40–50 hours / week (flexible scheduling, but full-time hustle required)   🛠️ CRM / Software Tools Provided : JobNimbus, CompanyCam, WhatsApp   🧠 What You’ll Need to Succeed 🔹 3–5 years of sales experience Required (roofing experience is a big plus ) 🔹 Strong work ethic, self-motivated and ready to grow 🔹 Valid Driver’s License and Reliable mode of transportation (preferably a truck) 🔹 Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders and get on roofs (ladder required) 🔹 Willingness to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods daily 🔹 Excellent time management and communication skills 🔹 A team-player mindset and strong moral values   📈 Growth Opportunities At Imperium, we reward top performers.
