Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Concord area . This role involves providing exceptional customer support by coordinating communication between customers, the sales team, and the production department. You'll also be responsible for managing order processing and ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area with necessary materials.Communicate with customers and the sales team regarding orders, updates, and inquiries.Enter orders, create estimates and invoices based on customer requirements.Provide accurate information to the production department for smooth workflow.Manage shipping logistics and ensure on-time deliveries.Prepare internal bulletins, memos, and documents as needed.Maintain office supply inventory and reorder when necessary.Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.Qualifications
Required : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experienceRequired : Previous customer service experiencePreferred : 2+ years of sales and customer service experienceRequired : Must be able to lift up to 40 lbsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointDetail-oriented, organized, and dependableReady to apply?
