Internally this role is called a Patient Care Specialist

We're in search of someone with training and education experience within the field of diabetes, who is motivated to make change happen and relies upon using empathy and connection to help our customer. You will help and support HCPs to achieve the most with our Dexcom products recommendations in the diabetes market through providing support services, training and education for both HCPs as well as patients. Your drive will support the Benelux business objectives through your excellent interpersonal skills and by working together with your peers as well as with HCPs and patients to meet their needs with our life-changing CGM products.

Where you come in :

• You will support, train and educate HCPs on Dexcom products in the Diabetes Market
• You will provide online and when required personal - training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillaries to patients and HCPs in innovative ways
• You will develop innovative and efficient ways to set up an education platform utilizing the support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture
• You will maximize strategic partnership with others to maximize sales for CGM product.
• As a product expert you will be the first point of contact for product, use and training requests and questions by HCPs
• You will manage your time according to customer and business needs

Experience and Education Requirements : Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 8 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace : Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
