Line Cook

Boka Restaurant Group and ‘Jean Banchet Award of Culinary Excellence’ winner, Chef Gene Kato, are currently looking for a part time Line Cook, with full time position possible in the future.  We are looking for a candidate with night time and weekend availability.

ABOUT ITOKO : ITOKO is a sushi and robata house located in Chicago’s historic Southport Lanes building. The menu features Kato’s high level of ingredients and technique, but brings a relaxed environment curated for the Southport neighborhood.

LINE COOK ’S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

• Keep station organized during busy service
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and your station
• Cooking dishes while following recipes
• Opening or closing the kitchen
• Work as part of a team

This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to providing great service and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working and fun team!
