Job Description
In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, the General Practice Technician Assistant is responsible for maintaining and engendering the Client-Doctor relationship. The expectation is that the GP Tech Assistant is fast, efficient, professional and knowledgeable in all interactions with clients. The Tech Assistant is also responsible for maintaining an appropriate pace of treatment and data collection to keep the Doctor on time and accountable to their scheduled appointments. This is a high customer service interface position and incumbents must have a love of client education and service.
