Job Summary Details :

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Floor Technician to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of flooring surfaces in a pharmaceutical facility. This role is responsible for performing specialized floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning, while ensuring compliance with site safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform floor care duties such as :
• Stripping, waxing, and buffing hard surface floors
• Carpet extraction and spot cleaning
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment (e.g., auto scrubbers, burnishers, extractors)
• Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
• Ensure proper signage is used during floor care activities to prevent slip hazards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of janitorial closets and equipment
• Report any floor damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor
• Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed in non-GMP areas
