About the Role

As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth coordination between field teams, sales reps, and customers. Your goal is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards .

This is a leadership role requiring strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and extreme ownership over results.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Execution

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of roofing projects, from planning to completion
  • Ensure builds are completed on time, within scope, and to company quality standards
  • Address issues in real-time, coordinating solutions with field crews and suppliers

    • Team & Process Coordination

  • Work closely with production teams, subcontractors, and sales reps to maintain efficiency
  • Oversee job scheduling, material procurement, and crew assignments
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

    • Customer Experience & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the build process
  • Provide regular updates and ensure customer satisfaction from pre-install to final inspection
  • Handle any customer concerns or escalations with a problem-solving mindset

    • Operational Efficiency & Quality Control

  • Conduct job site visits to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company standards
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for all projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow, reporting, and job tracking

    • What We're Looking For

  • Experience in construction or roofing project management (3+ years preferred)

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable
  • Exceptional communication skills —both with internal teams and customers

    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of problem-solving in real time

  • Proficiency in project management tools & CRM systems (experience with roofing software a plus)
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a high-performance culture

    Pay : $50,000 - $75,000 per year
