As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Patrol in East Longmeadow, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the facility and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior.

Report observations, incidents, and / or unusual circumstances to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and client representatives.

Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and directional inquiries while maintaining a presence that helps to deter unwanted activity.

Follow all site-specific protocols, including those related to entry, exit, and security-related processes for personnel and materials.

Support Allied Universal and client operations by remaining alert and proactive during patrols and while interacting with individuals on site.

Minimum Requirements :

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
