Regional Home Care Manager

Guardian Angel Senior Services is expanding! With 15 locations throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire we are now looking to open a location in Connecticut between Hartford and Enfield Area.

Reports to : Chief Operating Officer Central West and Metro MA and CT

JOB SUMMARY

To oversee day-to-day functions and operations of a new Connecticut office with potential to grow to multiple offices in accordance with current federal state and local standards guidelines and regulations that govern home care for Nursing Home Health Aide / CNA PCA Homemaker and Companion services while keeping outstanding quality client care and customer satisfaction. Ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership and setting the standard for performance. Maintain and create new contacts to drive business on a consistent basis. Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies policies and practices. This position will support and fill in in the absence of Home Care Managers oversee Hiring and Recruitment and support positions in need of help.

PROFILE

The Regional Manager shall be an individual who demonstrates superb leadership qualities while being comfortable with change and at times uncertainty. A willingness and interest in assist in all levels of operations is critical. The position requires significant flexibility excellent attention to detail and organizational skills self-motivation resourcefulness and strong written and verbal communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Relations

• Represent the organization to build visibility and to positively enhance the reputation of the program throughout the community while inspiring confidence.
• Develop and implement programs in response to community needs and opportunities.

Operations

Responsible for all aspects of launching and overseeing Guardian Angel Senior Services expansion to the Connecticut home care space using proven and successful GA blueprint and candidate knowledge and experience in the state

EDUCATION :

Bachelors degree in a Health or Human Service-related field preferred
