Role Description

The Managing Director will lead the daily operations of Down Money Inc. and its subsidiaries, ensuring smooth coordination across NexDeed. This is a people-first leadership role, responsible for managing, guiding staff development, and fostering a performance-driven culture. In addition to strong leadership, the Managing Director will oversee operational improvements, ensuring existing systems and processes are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and growth. The Managing Director reports directly to the COO and serves as the key operational bridge between strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage leaders and staff across all subsidiaries.
  • Set clear goals, hold teams accountable, and provide consistent feedback.
  • Support career development and succession planning within departments.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Operational Excellence

  • Assess, refine, and improve existing workflows, processes, and systems.
  • Ensure alignment of all business units with corporate goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and operational priorities.

    • Strategic Execution

  • Convert strategic objectives from the COO into actionable plans for teams.
  • Coordinate cross-company initiatives to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Monitor and report operational performance to the COO.

    • Growth & Development

  • Identify opportunities to enhance current offerings and expand into new markets.
  • Support product and service improvements, as well as new launches.
  • Track market and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements.
  • Oversee risk management and operational safeguards.
  • Maintain accurate records and transparent communication with leadership.
