Role Description
The Managing Director will lead the daily operations of Down Money Inc. and its subsidiaries, ensuring smooth coordination across NexDeed. This is a people-first leadership role, responsible for managing, guiding staff development, and fostering a performance-driven culture. In addition to strong leadership, the Managing Director will oversee operational improvements, ensuring existing systems and processes are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and growth. The Managing Director reports directly to the COO and serves as the key operational bridge between strategy and execution.

Operational Excellence
