Ellie Mental Health - Clinton Township is seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist to join our team. This role allows you to do what you love - help clients thrive!

• Competitive compensation : $65,000-$95,000+ (based on caseload / experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide therapy for children (12+), teens, families, and adults
• Evaluate, diagnose, and maintain treatment plans
• Deliver excellent client care with creativity and innovation
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-based culture

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in counseling or related field
• Active LLPC or LLMSW license in Michigan
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience in private practice strongly preferred
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes
• Comfort working with diverse populations (children, teens a plus)
• Tech-savvy (Office 365 & EHR experience; Valant is a plus)
• Healthy boundaries and professional presence

Expectations

• Full-time caseload averaging 25 client sessions per week
• In-office counseling required at least 4 days / week
• Regular 1 : 1s with Clinical Supervisor + monthly team meetings
