Phoebe Ministries is hiring a Full-time Community Life Coordinator to join our long-term care facility in Richland, PA.

Work Schedule : Required to one weekend per month. Hours are 9 : 30am to 4pm.

We are seeking a compassionate and organized  Community Life Coordinator  to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing programs and events that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities for a Community Life Coordinator with Phoebe Richland :

Responsible for programming, as well as implementing; group programs, individual activities, therapeutic interventions; supervising and scheduling activity assistants; initiating projects to meet the needs of residents in the following areas : physical, sensory, social, creative, intellectual, spiritual, intergenerational, and community; facilitating development of PCC for individual residents and completing Life Stories for individual residents.
