Responsibilities

Evidence-Based Teaching & Learning :

• Program Outcomes : Implement the Colleges philosophy curriculum and course objectives through diverse teaching methods including classroom online and clinical settings.
• Curricular Innovations : Develop and revise course materials annually ensuring they meet the highest standards of educational excellence.
• Autonomous Teaching : Take full responsibility for your teaching load delivering high-quality education independently.
• Clinical Supervision : Monitor clinical agencies for suitability plan clinical experiences and provide direct and indirect supervision of nursing students.
• Preceptor Coordination : Collaborate with clinical agencies and University departments to oversee and evaluate clinical preceptors and mentors.
• Student Feedback & Remediation : Offer constructive feedback based on course outcomes and provide remediation as needed.
• Communication : Keep students informed about agency and clinical policies procedures and expectations.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position at the Instructor level is between $53520.9 and $93918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training including faculty rank; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
