Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Space Systems Sector of L3Harris Technologies Space and Airborne Systems segment has an opening for a Financial Planning & Analyst to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals in Palm Bay, FL. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting. Essential Functions include : serving as primary contact for all Division FP&A activities, supporting identification and monitoring of Risk and Opportunities to Orders, Sales, Op Income and Free Cash Flow at the Division level, driving working capital improvements through the reduction of inventory, unbilled, and accounts receivable, collaborating with cross-functional team members, driving operational efficiencies through commitment to the e3 culture, and assisting with ad hoc requests and special projects.

Qualifications required : Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills include : Top Secret Clearance preferred, strong interpersonal and leadership skill set, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, ability to proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner with moderate supervision, ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and experience with PeopleSoft, Cobra and Hyperion.
