Mechanical / Piping Inspector – Water & Wastewater Infrastructure
Phoenix, AZ Full-Time Construction / Field Inspection
We're seeking an experienced Mechanical / Piping Inspector to support ongoing water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Phoenix area. This is a long-term, full-time role offering stability, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits.
What You'll Do
- Perform detailed inspections on mechanical and piping systems for water and wastewater facilities.
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings for constructability and compliance.
- Document all work through daily reports, photo logs, and as-built records.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and owners to ensure adherence to project standards.
- Monitor site safety, quality, and construction progress.
- Provide field support on outages, repairs, and system tie-ins.
What We're Looking For
5–10 years of relevant construction or inspection experience.Experience in water / wastewater or public works projects required.Knowledge of mechanical / piping systems , building codes, and inspection methods.Completion of OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety training.Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and maintain detailed inspection records.Technical or construction-related degree / certifications preferred.What's Offered
