A rapidly growing leader in molecular and precision diagnostics is seeking a driven Clinical Account Executive to join their expanding oncology sales team. This organization is transforming how real-world data and advanced analytics are applied to patient care by connecting healthcare providers with actionable molecular insights. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about bringing innovative diagnostic solutions to physicians and cancer centers.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage relationships with oncology practices, academic centers, and key health systems
  • Implement territory growth strategies to expand diagnostic testing utilization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal clinical and operational teams
  • Provide education and support to healthcare professionals on molecular testing solutions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance patient access and improve outcomes through diagnostics

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in diagnostic or molecular testing sales, ideally within oncology
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, lab workflows, and reimbursement processes
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; scientific or healthcare background a plus
