What You’ll Do :

Guide, mentor, and empower UX team members, promoting technical excellence and shared best practices.
Champion the UX vision, introducing industry best practices and novel technical solutions.
Explore and implement AI-driven and automated approaches to front-end development.
Participate in user research, concept testing, and usability testing, integrating user feedback to optimize solutions.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, researchers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
Transform visual designs and wireframes into clean, accessible, production-ready code.

Must-Haves :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, UX, or a related field.

8+ years of related experience.

Familiarity with enterprise build and release cycles.

Deep understanding of design principles and visual design (white space, font treatments, information architecture, grid systems).

Experience contributing to design systems (principles, components, patterns).

Proven ability to evaluate and implement new tools and processes (including those using AI) to advance team practices, especially in the design-to-development handoff.

Experience leading or mentoring teams.

Hands-on experience with Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup methodologies.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience presenting projects and progress to senior management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.12 to $77.92 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
