Key Responsibilities Lead strategic business development efforts targeting public-sector correctional healthcare contracts Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in corrections and healthcare Collaborate with executive leadership on growth plans and outreach campaigns Qualifications 5+ years of strategic business development experience, preferably in healthcare or corrections Proven track record in long-cycle, solution-based sales with contracts over $2.5M Experience with RFPs, proposal development, and contract negotiations Skilled in pipeline management and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
