Operations Support Specialist Location : Arlington, Texas On-site with potential for hybrid Schedule : Monday Friday

About the Role Under the direction of the Director, Pharmacy Operations, the Operations Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth, efficient day-to-day functioning of the pharmacy. This role plays a key part in onboarding new facilities and supporting our long-term care pharmacy operations team.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with new facilities to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Provide operational and administrative support to pharmacy leadership
  • Assist in problem resolution through knowledge of policy, procedure, and practice
  • Utilize FrameworkLTC and various eMAR systems to support pharmacy workflows
  • Partner with eMAR vendors to maintain pharmacy interface
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in long-term care pharmacy operations systems
  • Subject matter expertise with FrameworkLTC and multiple eMAR systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
  • High level of maturity and discretion when handling sensitive matters
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork

    Work Environment This role will initially be on-site with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule.

    Education and / or certifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Pharmacy Technician license / certification / registration (per state requirements)
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred / required
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
