Physical Therapist (PT)

Summit Home Health Care is seeking a Physical therapist to provide home care therapy to individuals with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities in home based or group home settings. Summit’s growing DDD department has immediate part-time job opportunites available in Monmouth and Ocean Counties for PTs, OTs, as well as SLPs.

Job Requirements

Licensed or eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.

Professionalism, trustworthiness, accuracy, and dependability are essential

Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care

All new hires, including new graduates, will be supported and mentored

Pay : $80- $85 an hour
