Position Title : Product Manager

Location : Irving, TX (or within 50 miles of corporate offices in Evansville, IN, Baltimore, MD, Wilmington, DE, or Charlotte NC)

Duration : 10-month contract

Employment Type : Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)

Work Arrangement : Hybrid – onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Pay Rate : $115.00 - $120.00

Who we are looking for / Requirements :

• 5–7 years of product management experience with full ownership from concept to execution
• Expertise in managing digital tools and subsequent data systems
• Strong sense of quality and user experience
• Ability to define project scope, key milestones, objectives, and dependencies
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills
• Experience in lending, fintech, or technology-focused companies
• Understanding of technical architecture for complex, scalable web and mobile applications
• Experience working in an Agile environment
