Entry Level Civil / Transportation Engineer

Based in Madison, Wisconsin, you will have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your transportation design expertise. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and project managers.

Using your experience, you’ll be responsible for :

• Preparing urban and rural roadway and highway designs using both Bentley and Autodesk design software.
• Developing plans, prepare technical specifications, develop quantities and estimates, complete peer reviews, and compile design documentation.
• Coordinating with design discipline leads.
• Promoting Jacobs quality control practices through all phases of design and plans production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation focus preferred)
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
