Salary : $100K / year + commissions & bonuses

Location : Omaha, NE

About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee operations within a designated territory. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and fostering lasting client relationships. You’ll ensure mitigation projects are completed to the highest standards—on time, on budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage mitigation projects across your assigned region

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and specialists

Coordinate with clients, insurance providers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution

Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies

Track project progress, budgets, and deadlines to ensure success

Conduct site inspections and implement quality control measures

Develop and execute strategies to grow business within the region

Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation of activities and performance metrics

Qualifications :

Proven background in disaster mitigation, restoration, or a related industry

Strong leadership skills with a history of team management and development

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

In-depth understanding of industry standards and safety protocols

Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel within the region

Preferred Skills :

Prior experience as a Regional or Area Manager (or similar leadership role)

Technical expertise in mitigation equipment, processes, and best practices

Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility and IICRC Licensed
