Job Description

TechFlow seeks to hire a Lead Software Developer (SME) to help shape the future of the U.S. Coast Guard’s mission systems. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the launch and growth of a robust Power Platform program—building the foundation, governance, and best practices that will modernize how the Coast Guard manages and uses critical data. You’ll drive innovation by assessing current systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing a modernization roadmap that delivers seamless data migration, integration, and interoperability.

As a technical leader, you’ll guide the transition to new platforms without disrupting mission readiness, ensuring every solution is secure, compliant, and aligned with program requirements. Over the course of this initiative, you’ll oversee installation, testing, and training to ensure a smooth rollout and long-term success. This is an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to make a direct impact on the operational efficiency and readiness of a vital national service.
