Key Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction with the auto loan refinance experience Contact customers post-funding to assess their experience and provide necessary information Handle inbound calls and perform quality assurance on loan specialists' calls Required Qualifications Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or Marketing Experience in customer service, telemarketing, quality assurance, or inside sales is helpful Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously Fluency in Spanish is a plus High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required
