As a Care Coordinator , you'll guide patients through their treatment journey—from understanding care plans to navigating insurance and finances. You'll play a vital role in making the process seamless, informative, and reassuring. We are looking for a self-driven go-getter to join our team!

What You'll Do :

Serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping them move confidently through care

Reduce cancellations by proactively rescheduling and addressing concerns

Prep appointments with cost estimates and insurance info

Communicate procedure details, financial options, and pre / post-op instructions

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth patient experience

Support multiple clinics virtually or in person, as needed

Educate and schedule patients for procedures

Comfortably discuss out-of-pocket costs in a healthcare setting

Work onsite in clinic meeting with patients

Crosstrain as a Medical Assistant and Patient Services Representative

What You Bring :

Strong customer engagement in a sales-driven setting

Experience with treatment planning and cost conversations

Insurance knowledge and comfort with medical terminology

Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability

Stellar time management skills with ability to track multiple lines of care in a high-volume setting

Willingness to support nearby clinics as needed
