Department Summary

The University of Oregon Intercollegiate Athletic Department's primary purpose is to provide a unique opportunity for student-athletes to be developed, tested, and encouraged to reach their maximum potential in every aspect of their lives. Position Summary

Position will perform a variety of facility monitoring and safety functions for a multi-purpose athletic and entertainment facility managed by the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Responsibilities will include the following :

• Provide inspections of the arena, observing safety hazards, and reporting findings in the form of written reports.
• Provide assistance and information to staff, faculty, students, patrons, and guests. Answer or direct all customer service inquiries, provide guidance on facility rules, and direct individuals to the appropriate offices, locations, and personnel.
• As needed, assist in setting up, tearing down, or cleaning up the arena.
