What you will be doing :

• Greet and welcome all guests, check-ins / outs, effectively resolve challenging guest requests and complaints.
• Lift, carry, load luggage onto bell cart, read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets, and escort guests to their rooms with their items.
• Park cars and ensure the front drive of hotel is guest ready at all times.
• Represent the hotel with professionalism and decorum - including remaining calm and alert, especially during emergency and / or heavy hotel activity.
• Attend all scheduled mandatory Guest Services Department meetings, trainings and hotel meetings.
• Perform all other related duties and special projects as requested and / or assigned.
