As the Director of Organic Growth, you will be responsible for scaling Decentralized Masters' reach and impact through organic channels including SEO, YouTube, social media, email, community, and partnerships. You'll combine analytical rigor with creative innovation to design growth loops, optimize funnels, and ensure that our brand dominates search results, social conversations, and DeFi education spaces globally.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy aligned with company goals for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Identify and prioritize the highest ROI organic channels and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Content Marketing and Director of Paid Growth to ensure holistic marketing alignment.
