What youll Do :

Were looking for a Sr. Director AI Products and Solutions to lead the product strategy roadmap and delivery of our Generative AI this role youll drive the application of Data Science AI and ML to deliver measurable business outcomes elevate the customer experience and enhance employee productivity.

Youll serve as a key bridge between business and technology championing the vision for our advanced AI capabilities. With a growing portfolio of proven AI use casesincluding virtual assistants and agentic capabilitiesthis role will guide whats next bringing thought leadership to prioritize shape and scale the most impactful opportunities in the funnel.

Success in this role will require blending a deep understanding of AI technologies with the mindset and discipline of a digital product ownerowning the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation through delivery adoption and iteration.
