Bring on new retail business to the Protech organization through a structured consultative sales approach.
Provides assistance to new customers for account set up and training support required to maximize sales, profits, productivity and customer satisfaction
Develops and maintains productive, long-term client relationships through visitation, phone calls, letters, and corporate support materials
Serves as an advisor for existing clients, consulting in current products, industry updates and determine individual client needs
Work closely with customers to increase and / or maintain monthly volume targets as well as monitor service, delivery and performance
Work with operational counterparts to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting of commitments and eventual hand off of account management responsibilities
Acts as liaison between accounts, company staff, and Accounts Receivable department to build and maintain healthy financial relationships
Use customer feedback to recommend modifications to products and / or services
Skill / Requirements :
Minimum 2 to 4 years sales, account management or similar experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills
Solid organizational and follow up skills
Demonstrated ability to attain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction
Entrepreneurial spirit finding creative ways to accomplish the company goals within set parameters.
