WHAT YOULL BE DOING :

As a D1 Coach youre more than a traineryoure a leader a motivator and the person who sets the tone in every session. Youll guide athletes through structured group workouts and personal training sessions that build strength speed confidence and resilience.

This is an hourly non-exempt position with tiered pay based on session type :

BONUS INCENTIVES :

Earn commission on personal training packages and renewals. If you bring an existing client base you can hit the ground running and start earning from day one. Coaches who drive growth and retain clients have strong upside potential.

Compensation : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
