We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team on a contract basis in Tigard, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, ensuring that all information is recorded efficiently and precisely. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities :

• Input invoices and other data into the designated system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent data entry practices.
• Collaborate with team members in a shared workspace to complete data entry tasks.
• Assist in setting up recurring rental billing accounts to support ongoing operations.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all entries are error-free.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools to support data management and reporting.
• Work within a web-based platform and adapt to the tools provided for the role.
