Production Technician
6am-3 : 30pm shift.
Job Description
The Production Technician is responsible for operating production tooling and equipment to achieve production and quality goals. This role involves maintaining the integrity of the Business Operating System and alerting management about any situations that do not meet quality system requirements. The Production Technician will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of tooling and equipment, moving suspect assemblies or components to the Non-Conforming or assembly rework area, and adhering to company guidelines for emergency evacuation.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and non-climate controlled with large industrial fans. Steel-toe footwear is mandatory, and safety vests and glasses must be worn at all times. The dress code prohibits yoga pants, allows cargo-style shorts, and prohibits cell phone use on the production floor. Employees are expected to maintain punctuality and regular attendance, with specific policies regarding tardiness and no-call / no-show incidents.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.35 / hr.
