We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Hiring Assistant to join Preferred Care at Home of East this role you will support the recruitment process and maintaining accurate hiring records. You will play a key role in helping us find the best talent to provide compassionate care to our community in Knoxville TN.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with posting job openings.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status and required documentation.
  • Participate in onboarding processes by gathering necessary new hire paperwork.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in recruitment human resources or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
