Technical Writer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting industry, is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the Documentation Support team supporting knowledge management and technical communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Technical Writer

Location :   Remote, US

Duration :   3+ Month contract with possibility of extension or conversion

What's the Job?

• Manage and update existing knowledge documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Create and organize new knowledge documents to support team and client needs.
• Promote and facilitate training on the knowledge management tools used within the organization.
• Generate monthly reports on the usage and effectiveness of the knowledge management system.
• Identify gaps in knowledge resources and recommend improvements to enhance information accessibility.
