About Us :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in supporting our communications strategy and ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns, collaborate with team members to create engaging content, and support public relations efforts
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and editing communication materials such as newsletters, press releases, and promotional content.
- Manage social media accounts by posting updates, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns, ensuring coherence in messaging across various channels.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including preparing materials, managing RSVP lists, and providing on-site assistance.
- Help in conducting research and gathering data for communication strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain and update the content on the organization’s website and internal communication platforms.
