Job Summary

We are seeking passionate knowledgeable and reliable tutors to join our Richmond team. You will work one-on-one with students to support their academic success across a range of subjects tailoring your approach to fit individual learning styles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide academic support based on expertise and alignment with Virginias curriculum standards.
• Design and deliver customized tutoring sessions in a variety of subjects.
• Offer remedial or enrichment instruction based on each students needs.
• Assign supplemental materials to enhance understanding and retention.
• Maintain open communication with parents / guardians to report on student progress and goals.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for certified educators subject matter experts (e.g. engineers graduate students) and soon-to-be teachers who meet the following criteria :
