Business Litigation Associate - Baltimore

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks an Associate to join the Business Litigation Practice Group in the Baltimore office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country including some of the most significant matters in Maryland.

Qualifications :

• The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general complex commercial litigation matters and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Bankruptcy litigation experience is a plus.
• Candidate must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, and experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions, and managing expert witnesses, and courtroom experience.
• Must be admitted to the Maryland bar or eligible for admission.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Prior clerkship experience is preferred.
