PSA Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for a PSA Implementation Consultant to guide partners in implementing and optimizing their Professional Services Automation systems. Key Responsibilities : Conduct in-depth assessments to understand partner needs and align PSA systems accordingly Develop and present tailored implementation plans that support business goals Configure and customize PSA systems, ensuring alignment with partner workflows Required Qualifications : B.A. / B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience implementing and administering PSA systems Deep expertise in Halo PSA and related integrations Strong project management and multitasking skills Halo PSA certification or relevant vendor certifications
