Job Description :

Provides advanced administrative support for transfer agent control, cash management, and recordkeeping activities, ensuring that all required transactions are accurately and timely reflected in the transfer agent books and records. May serve as a team lead and provide work direction for day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead analysis of reconciliations, identifying and resolving complex exceptions between systems, accounts, transactions, and cash.

Process complex cash management or fund operations transactions, ensuring compliance with documentation, authorization, and firm policies.

Research and evaluate processes to execute or correct complex transactions, escalating issues that could pose financial exposure.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, and assist with regulatory reporting.

Analyze operational needs and recommend process improvements, submitting project requests when needed.

Participate in system testing for new technology solutions or enhancements, ensuring reconciliation processes remain intact.

Provide coaching, mentoring, training, and guidance to less experienced associates. Coordinate cross-training efforts and communicate system changes to the team.

Qualifications (Required) :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

4+ years of relevant work experience.
