Job Summary :

As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent , you’ll play a key role in our client-centered approach, helping business clients understand and manage their insurance coverage. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, proactive communication, and accurate support. You’ll handle policy inquiries, process changes, assist with claims, and collaborate with agents to ensure each client’s needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding client service are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with insurance claims and policy changes.
• Clearly explain commercial insurance coverages, limits, and options.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
• Manage and distribute incoming commercial mail.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with sales agents to ensure clients understand their options and receive proper coverage.
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and exceptional client service.
