Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Housekeeping Director for a long-term care facility in Mebourne, Florida.

Housekeeping Director position is responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility standards.

Housekeeping Director Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, schedules, and Dept. Of Health survey process
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to housekeeping operations.

Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
