Job Description : As a Pharmacist Go Live Specialist Team member, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment and integration of MEDITECH EHR systems within HCA healthcare organizations. This dynamic position involves extensive travel and collaboration with diverse teams to ensure seamless implementation and user adoption. You will receive comprehensive training and support to become proficient in MEDITECH functionality and provide at-the-elbow support during go-live phases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with project teams provide go live support on site at MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects.
• Participate in workflow decisions and trainings.
• Offer at-the-elbow support during go-live phases to assist users with system navigation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Document issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated on MEDITECH advancements and industry trends
